“I loved it!

The calm and clear way Yiwen opened the practice set the perfect tone. It felt like we all agreed on the frequency we were going to move and everyone was immediately in. The more active movement in the beginning was a very nice start to feel and stretch the body in a conscious and controlled way.

Later Yiwen took us through the explanation of the meridians and internal organs we were focussing on, at the same time explaining the movements, felt very fluid and natural, and was very easy to understand, even though the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and these movements are not familiar to me, so nice to feel that it’s profound yet easy to understand for beginners. the use of the balls felt deep, brought up many sensations, yet felt very safe to experience. Also because Yiwen started to walk around at that moment I knew that if I would have a specific question I could ask.

At the end of the practice I realised I had had no awareness of time, which is for me always the cue that I was genuinely led through a practice, instead of just guided through some movements.”

“I follow Yiwen’s yoga classes for several years and every class feels like a mini retreat. It gives me energy for my mind, heart and body. Yiwen masters teaching yoga at a high level. She makes every class a delight mix of intensive yoga poses, insights of Asian wisdom and music that is very often perfectly matching the poses. Her classes feel like pieces of art and therefore are very satisfying for me.
Yiwen gave a Qi Gong workshop for Team coaches and made it tailor made for the purpose. In 45 minutes she manages to give insights in Qi Gong and offers easy to follow exercises, Therefore I highly recommend both the yoga classes and Qi Gong workshops.”
