Procedure & Price

When Acupuncture meets Movement

Procedure

With expertise in both fields, I offer a unique approach that integrates two key elements: Acupuncture/TCM and Movement.

For acute conditions, it usually consists of 2 steps: Intake + Treatment

For chronic conditions (lasting more than three months), it usually consists of 5 following steps.

Step 1: Intake

• Check the main complaints or symptoms.
• Check the tongue, the pulse and other examinations if needed.
• If the case is beyond my expertise or requires a referral, I will not proceed with the treatment. No intake fee will be charged.

Step 2: Make a plan

• TCM diagnosis
• Goal of treatment and recovery
• Number of sessions
• Type of treatment(s) for each session
• Schedule and time duration
• Estimated cost

Step 3: Treatment

• TCM: acupuncture, cupping, tui na massage, moxa, gua sha, herbs.
• Movement: yoga, qi gong, myofascial release, body workout.
• Combined therapy

Step 4: Evaluation

• Effectiveness of each session
• Adjustment for next session if needed

Step 5: Advice

• Aftercare instructions
• Self exercises instructions
• Diet and lifestyle recommendations
